Everything coming together
In the morning, we visit Katrien and Patrick, who show us how beekeepers and bees work together. They also tell us more about the different uses of honey, wax and propolis.
In the late afternoon, it will be time to cook together. The motorbike café "The Unicorns" will be the place where the fragments of all the stories we have collected will meet, collide and/or merge. The people we met on our journey bring unexpected ingredients for the pizza toppings. This makes the recipes increasingly eclectic, with edible flowers, vegetables from the gardens, wild plants and so much more...
Inés and Michela use food and our food culture as an artistic medium, thereby questioning our social and physical environment. Equipped with nothing more than a portable oven and some kitchen utensils, they use Stone Soup to spark conversations, with the preparation of a dish serving as a bonding agent.
