Poster Back2SoilBasics x Korenbeek

Korenbeek is the birthplace of abundant greenery, of activity, of assistance and acceptance. We were born from a dream. Where an ecosystem connects us to our humanity and everything beyond. Here, we welcome all our desires that have emerged from the earth.

Ánima O. Cassamajor and Back2SoilBasics created a poster that explores their relationship with nature, food and the soil. From poetry to simple truths such as "Plant = Friend". They did this for their Fieldwork III research from the Molenbeek Korenbeek: a temporary place in an old school, where they make ecology accessible to those who have less access to it due to systemic oppression.

The third edition of Fieldwork, the rural research project of Arts Platform PLAN B, concluded with a collection of publications. May Abnet, Tim Theo Deceuninck, Ánima O. Cassamajor, Nina de Vroome and Barbara T'Jonck each created a record of their research. Together, they offer a range of possibilities for (re)imagining the rural.
