Martha Balthazar

Martha Balthazar is a theatre maker and writer. In 2021, she graduated from the Drama programme at KASK in Ghent. She did so with the performance Boerenpsalm, a modern farming drama based on research into the agricultural sector. She also worked as a choreographer on the performance Birds, a co-production with Seppe Baeyens and Yassin Mrabtifi, and is part of the dance community vzwLeon. She won the Emile Zola Prize 2020 from Sampol magazine and works as a columnist for Knack.
