Simon Van Schuylenbergh

I want to use theatre more as a place where we ask ourselves the question how we can relate to each other in a different way, please.

Under the name Zebra, Simon worked on a long-term artistic project. In 2017, his master's thesis (Drama, KASK Ghent) was the starting point, from which various solos and actions grew over time, each accompanied by one or more zebras made of papier-mâché. This formation during the PLAN B 2016 Arts Festival consisted of a group choreography with five zebras. A solo that started from the desire to connect on stage with something completely outside himself.
