Memo Pimiento Electric Orchestra

Memo Pimiento Electric Orchestra was founded in Brussels in 2016 by Mexican musician Memo Pimiento. Inspired by traditional South American cumbia music, he started working with analogue synthesizers, effects pedals and samplers, creating his own 'retro-futuristic electro cumbia synth wave'. Earlier this year, he released his debut album A Todo Dar, for which he is accompanied live by a percussionist and singer/MC. This often results in a dance party that gets out of hand.
